Affordable & Quality PVD coating using Pi111 PLATIT Coating Unit 

D&I Tool just purchased a Pi111 PLUS G3 unit - the third generation of a compact PVD coating unit from PLATIT.  We are able to do coating for our clients at a favorable price – without compromising coating performance.

This PVD coating unit has two rotating cathodes utilizing ARC technology.  The unit deposits selected PLATIT Signature Coatings at a consistently high level of quality.

The following are the three coatings that we support:

• nACo - One of the most well-known coating brands, nACo has been on the market for over 20 years now. An AITiSi-based nanocomposite coating, nACo is at it's best when used for milling and drilling C-steels. While these are the primary uses, nACo is also useful for uncommon applications, such as CBN tools. nACo has high temperature stability, good hardness, and many versatile application uses. • TiXCo - The TiXCo coatings, both TiXCo 3 and TiXCo 4, are the hardest nanocomposite we have available, incredibly useful for hard machining. TiXCo 3 has high surface quality, is incredibly had and wear-resistant, and is useful for finishing processes in milling and drilling. • ALL4 - An AICrTiN universal coating for general coating with cutting and forming. ALL4 is very useful for materials that are difficult to machine.
